Casapinka Ric Rac Shawl Kit

Casapinka and her cat, Sharon from Security, are back with another free pattern for LYS Day! The Ric-Rac shawl is a 2-color boomerang shaped shawl that takes 2 skeins of fingering (800 yards total, 400 yards of each color). It can be variegated, speckled, solid, or whatever you like. It also doesn't need to have a lot of contrast. It uses a US 6 needle. Heather and Tresha have picked an assortment of colors to choose from. There are budget-friendly choices: a Brazilian cotton (Anne by Circulo) and wool-free Lana Mia. Of course, we love these other yarns hand-dyed by our favorite indie dyers: Unplanned Peacock, Unidled Hands and Cumberland Fiber Works. And in the middle, how about Mechita by Malabrigo.
