We are sure you will be thrilled with the rich colors from the fabulous artisan designer Teresa Ruch. Her 3/2 Tencel is imported from Canada and dyed in her Oregon studio.

Tencel is made by pulping hard wood into a slurry and extruding it through a chemical which hardens the fibers so they can be gathered and spun into yarns. Tencel is considered an environmentally friendly product: the wood is from junk trees that grow in poor soil with very little water and the processing chemical is filtered and reused. While Tencel is often used in blends, this is a dye-painted 100% Tencel yarn great for knit projects as well as weaving.

3/2 sport/DK weight skeins are 4 oz. 312 yds. 
Suggested knitting needle sizes 4-6.
Sett for slightly warp faced twill is 18 epi (15 epi for plain).
